  Tasteless pork pizza, very, very little meat. One waitress was pleasant. One waitress couldn't crack a smile. No, greeting, no conversation. They came with our mains before we had finished our starters. This is not acceptable. We will not be returning.

  We had a very good experience at Zizzi. The Pizza I had was very good. Also, service was very good along with the atmosphere.

  Terrible experience this evening. Booked to use a promotion which I mentioned in the booking. Upon arrival our server told us that the code was still working for patrons as she'd just served someone where it worked. They'd run out of my first choice, so I went for my second which was a pasta dish which was horrifically undercooked and so hard it was barely edible. Partner's pizza was ok. Decided not to kick up a fuss about the pasta because it was going to be cheap cos of the deal, only for the server to say it was no longer valid after all and we had to pay full price. If we had known this from the start we wouldn't have sat down: hence me mentioning it in the reservation and when I arrived. Manager came to talk to us and didn't want you know. Said the bookings and codes were automatic so nothing they can do. Refused to apologise for anything. Horrible service, worse food won't be going again.

  I visited the place today with my friend, we had our Pizza and ordered a desert while we're waiting for another friend to join us, and when she arrives and was ready to order her food, the manager came and told us to leave our table in 30 minutes because they need it for another customer and because they have a policy of not allowing the customers to occupy a table for more than 120 minutes (according to what the waitress told us). We told them it is not acceptable to treat the customers that way and we just left and found another - more acceptable and friendly - place for our friend so she can enjoy her Pizza. We will never go there again!!

  We had an early evening meal and the service was amazing - I think the lady was Lilly or Lilly May, but she was warm and welcoming. The staff were run off their feet and sometimes there was a wait, but this was not their fault. I had the hanging chicken kebab which was succulent if bland and the Pollo Milanese which had far too many potatoes and green salad with very little sauce or flavour. The chicken was dry and disappointing but my guest enjoyed her ragu. Overall I would come back but only for the service. The food - less so.
